With news of nationwide closures of the Cineworld and Picturehouses cinema chains, The Electric Palace cinema in Hastings Old Town is now calling on the local community to visit and support the cinema or it faces imminent closure, says Annie Waite.
Thursday morning screenings back at Electric Palace
Great news – Thursday morning 11am weekly screenings will begin again at the Electric Palace, starting this Thursday 1 October, with this year’s Oscar-winning Best Picture, Parasite, writes Annie Waite.
